To purchase items from the Site, it is required:

• that you are at least 18 years of age.
• that you know or should know whether the products for sale on the Site are legal for your personal use in any place that you may foreseeably own or possess them.
• that anything purchased from the Site will be used for lawful purposes only.
• that you, the buyer, agree that any use of these products, whether for yourself or otherwise, is entirely at the risk and discretion of the buyer and that neither the seller nor the manufacturer is responsible for any unreasonable use or misuse of the products sold herein.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service unless both the Site and the purchaser explicitly provide otherwise in a mutual agreement to new terms.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all domestic and international shipments.

Shipping charges are as follows:

-USD10.00 flat rate for shipments within the United States

-USD20.00 for international shipments. Buyers are responsible for all applicable State taxes (example: California residents pay 7.75% State tax), VAT taxes, duties and/or any other delivery fees that may be charged by the shipping company or the customs service in your country.

The above costs, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer even if an order is refused or cannot be delivered.

If an item is damaged or missing from your shipment, you must contact the Site within a timeframe beginning with receipt of the order and ending with a reasonable time to inspect the order for yourself.  The Site explicitly reserves the right to deny refunds or returns if such orders are not brought to its attention in a reasonable time and fashion. Treat us professionally and you can expect the same.

International buyers must expect a delay of 10-30 days due to customs.  This clause shall also apply to the Site with respect to its defective shipment policy in the immediately preceding paragraph.

The vaporizers sold herein are not medical devices and are not intended for use with any substances that you know or should know are illegal under the applicable laws of wherever you may use or possess the vaporizers.

By ordering you agree that you know or should know whether these products are legal to purchase and own under the applicable laws of wherever you may own or use them.

Because of the nature of the products sold, we can not take returns on, or issue refunds for, any used, opened item. Returns on un-used, un-opened items incur a 10% restocking fee and the customer remains responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Returns must be received within a reasonable time of your order's receipt and include the original order receipt with which it came. Customers must receive a return authorization issued by the Site before returning any product.  Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
